This website offers visitors handcrafted homewares and accessories along with information contained in our journal/blog. By accessing or using this website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.  These Terms together with our privacy policy and website disclaimer, govern our relationship with you in relation to your use of our website.

Under these laws, wallyandeva.com.au’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

We currently ship only within Australia.

We send our products with Australia Post and other reputable courier companies depending on the product and the destination.  

Any shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout.

Shipping may take up to 14 business days depending on location and time of year.  

Deliveries times outside Australia will be dependent on the location and destination delivery services available.

If your delivery is damaged or doesn't arrive please notify us immediately.  Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of wallyandeva.com.au.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

wallyandeva.com.au will arrange returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

All of our products are handcrafted and we take pride in the quality of our workmanship.  In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty we will happily replace this item if it is returned to us within 30 days of receipt, unused and in its packaging.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind or custom orders and - for hygiene reasons - earrings.

Should you wish to return your order for a valid reason, please notify us immediately.  If we are unable to resolve your issue or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method by which the purchase was made.

All refunds are made at the discretion of wallyandeva.com.au.

If you breach this term then wallyandeva.com.au may hold you fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain and further hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use.
