Prepare the area and sprinkle seeds then lightly rake and tamp them into the soil.

ASIAN GREENS SALAD MIX
These guys don't like to be disturbed once sewn so plant them where you intend them to grow. Plant the seeds in your chosen garden bed with well-drained soil.
Regularly water. You can spread coffee grounds around the soil to deter the naughty bugs.
They don't like frost but can be planted the rest of the year.

EDIBLE FLOWERS MIX
Like the Asian Greens Salad Mix, these guys don't like to be disturbed once sewn so plant them where you intend them to grow. Plant the seeds in your chosen garden bed with well-drained soil.
Distribute the seeds evenly through the area and gently cover with a thin layer of soil. Keep the soil moist but not wet (use gently spray or mist when watering particularly when they are young and make sure they receive lots of sunlight.
HERBS MIX
Herbs like to start life in seed pots or trays with some lovely organic seed raising food safe potting mix. I like to put them in our kitchen window which gets loads of sunlight. Spread them out evenly with a fine layer of soil to cover then gently tamp. They like to be very moist with a gentle water spray at the start. Once they look a bit more sturdy (about 10cm) gently transplant them into their forever homes, keep them moist with plenty of sunlight but they do like shady protection from very hot sun.

CHERRY TOMATO MIX
These guys like plenty of sun and aren't keen on frost. Water at base (not over the top) to reduce disease.
Start them indoors for about 5-7 weeks then very gently transplant them somewhere they can have a supported climb (separating / thinning them out if they are too close together - plant about 30-50cm apart). They need to be kept moist but don't like wet feet so careful not to overwater.
